Volume 20° – climbing volume, size L

Volume 20° is a classic, regular triangular volume found in many climbing gyms around the world. The L-size variant has a side length of 55 cm and a height of just 11.5 cm. All three surfaces are angled at 20° and are large enough to mount additional, smaller holds. This volume can also be used for technical sequences or transitional moves. It is available in four sizes, allowing for combinations across different sections of a climbing wall.

M5 steel inserts in the mounting holes make installation easier and protect the holes during frequent route resets, which is especially useful for routesetters.

The surface is treated to provide excellent friction while climbing. The volume includes M10 steel inserts for securely mounting additional holds, enabling customization of route difficulty and style. Holds can also be installed anywhere on the surface using wood screws.

Wooden volumes like the Volume 20° alter both the texture and geometry of a climbing wall, making them suitable for any climbing gym, training walls, and home bouldering setups.
