1. Terms & Conditions
1.1 Prices
The price applicable to the customer is the current price at the time of placing a binding order. All prices include 20% VAT. Promotional prices are valid until the date stated for the product or until stocks run out.
1.2 Ordering
Click on the cart icon to add a product to your shopping cart. You can then complete your order or continue shopping. Upon confirming the order, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
1.3 Delivery Times
Delivery usually takes 24 hours to 14 working days for Slovak and Czech customers. Larger orders (from 500 units) may take longer, by mutual agreement.
1.4 Delivery Method
Products are shipped via postal service or courier. For alternative delivery options, contact us at anatomic@anatomic.sk or +421948308898.

1.6 Order Cancellation
To cancel an unprocessed order, contact us as soon as possible via anatomic@anatomic.sk or +421948308898.
2. Complaints Policy
2.1 Warranty
The standard warranty for all products is 24 months from the date of receipt by the customer.
2.2 Complaints Procedure
Before returning a product, contact us first. Send the product to:

We recommend sending by registered mail. Do not send cash on delivery. Include a copy of the invoice and delivery receipt.
Resolution options:
- Exchange item for the same item
- Exchange for another product up to the value of the returned item
- Refund
Complaints will be resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from receipt. Shipping costs for complaints are not refunded.
2.3 Returns
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from receiving the goods. Send the goods to the address above via registered mail. Do not send COD.
Refunds will be made within 10 working days after receipt. Withdrawal is not possible if:
- The product is mechanically damaged
- The product shows signs of use
- The product was custom-made or tailored for the customer
2.4 Incomplete or Damaged Delivery
Report within 48 hours of receipt via anatomic@anatomic.sk. Late complaints may not be accepted.
3. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
3.1 Introduction
We process personal data in accordance with Slovak legislation (2025), EU Regulation 2016/679 and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. We collect only data necessary for selling products and communicating with customers.

Data is stored for up to 10 years or longer if legally required (warranties, complaints, internal investigations).
